2011 Felt F1 Road Bike
Felt
F1 in 2011 meant several changes from the 2010 model. It welcomes the
BB30 bottom bracket shell and new proprietary removable polyurethane
bladders. The F1 frame is made from a special carbon fibre material which features no fillers for its tubes. It also has molded hollow carbon fiber dropouts.
From 900g, the 2011 Felt F1 now weighs at 800g in a 56cm frame. It also features a fork with tapered steerer.
The F1 also highlights modified tubes which shows varying shapes. Top
tubes and down tubes are shaped like a square as it is found at the head
tube. However, the top tube becomes round towards the area where it
connects to the seat tube. As for the down tube, it is round on its
midsection and then reverts back to the square-like share at the bottom
bracket area.
Felt successfully finds a way to outdo its 2010 F1 with the 2011 version
which provides a smoother ride and maximum quality performance.
